Terms & Conditions

The Following applies to all sweepstakes unless otherwise noted. 

1.    No purchase necessary to enter, void where prohibited.

2.    Sweepstakes open to all US residents inside the continental United States.

3.    Participants and winners must be legal US residents.

4.    Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.

5.    Prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. No substitutions of the prize are permitted.

6.    Void where prohibited by law.

7.    One entry per person per registration.

8.    Winners are solely responsible for any and all applicable local, state and federal taxes. Winners may also be required to sign prizewinner documents and/or waivers.  Winners/households can  win more than once per sweepstake.

9.    Winners must show proof of identification including social security number and sign an affidavit of eligibility and release.

10. By participating, participants grant the VFW the right to publicize and / or broadcast a participants’ name, character, likeness, voices and the fact that he/she has participated in and or won without receiving additional compensation.

11. By participating and/or accepting any prize, the winner releases the VFW and any additional sponsors from any and all liabilities associated with this sweepstakes and/or said prize.

12. Decisions of the VFW judges are final.

13. The VFW reserves the right to end the sweepstakes at any time for any reason without notice. In the event that this happens, VFW officials will pick one of the participants at random. All decisions are final.

14. The VFW reserves the right to change the rules at any time without notice. Also, the VFW reserves the right to discontinue this sweepstakes at any time without prior notice, and also reserves the right to disqualify any participant who fails to comply with the rules.

15. Employees of the VFW and any additional participating sponsors and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the sweepstakes.

16. No responsibility is assumed by the VFW and sweepstakes sponsors for damaged, lost, altered, misdirected, postage due, incomplete or illegible entries, phone or mechanical failure, human error or any act of nature which may prohibit entering this sweepstakes.

17. The number of people entered for the sweepstakes will determine number of eligible participants.

18. The VFW prohibits any kind of automated system, texts or interactions with Mixer not approved by Mighty Loud/VFW.

19. In the VFW program, you may only have one active account per household.

20. Winners will be drawn from all eligible participants, with the grand prize winner being drawn from all eligible participants.

21. In the event that a participant is found to be ineligible for a prize, said prizes will not be awarded. No substitution or transference of prizes by winner.

22. Unless otherwise specified, all prizes will be picked up by winners. The VFW is not responsible for delay in delivery or for any prizes lost in the mail. Some prizes may be timely or size may be of concern.  Winners have 30 days to claim their prizes, if the prize goes unclaimed it will be returned to the prize closet.

Entry Period:  Sweepstakes entry period begins June 17th, 2024 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time and ends on August 16th, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time. Mighty Loud’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

How to Enter:

Participating VFW Post Locations:

During the Entry Period, visit a Participating Post to scan a QR Code for access to a Sweepstakes registration form. Entering the Sweepstakes in this manner designates that Participating Post as your VFW Preferred Participating post for the duration of this Sweepstakes. You will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entries for this initial entry. For each time during the Entry Period that you “check-in” at a Participating Post, or off-site location using the Sweepstakes Website, you will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entries. Limit one check-in per day.  Participating Posts may, from time to time, use their own methods for engagement, including for example unique QR codes or participation in various activities to collect codes or keywords to then enter through the Sweepstakes Website to redeem for Sweepstakes entries. No purchase is required to gain access to a QR code, to obtain any codes or keywords for additional entries, or to obtain additional entries by the “check-in” process or otherwise. Please see below for a list of participating posts.

You can also enter by visiting the Sweepstakes Website at vfwdos.poweredbymixer.com and following the instructions to complete and submit a registration form. The form will request certain information, including your name, address, phone number, email address, and that you designate a VFW Post from a list of Participating Posts, or off-site locations. Once you have designated your VFW post, the designation cannot be changed during the course of this Sweepstakes. You will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entries upon registration.

You can alternatively enter by sending emails during the Entry Period with your name, address, date of birth, email address, phone number, and your selected designated Post from among the list of Participating Posts to: contestentry@mightyloud.com Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, incomplete, garbled, incorrect, or otherwise unreceived entries. All entries must be submitted and received by Sponsor during the Entry Period and by 11:59 pm CT on August 16, 2024 to be eligible for the drawing. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. 

Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address, nor are they permitted to share the same phone number. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Sweepstakes entries (as outlined below) by using multiple/different email addresses or phone numbers, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organizations responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being an authorized account holder. 

Limit: Limit maximum of 10 (10) entries total per person and per email address throughout the Promotion, regardless of method of entry. Any and all additional entries submitted over the stated limits as defined herein will be considered void. Only one person per email address and per phone number.

You may receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry during the Promotion Period for registering for the Sweepstakes.

Odds: Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received in total and from each Participating Post.  Sweepstakes winners will be selected at random. 

Prizes: The top Sweepstakes winner will be randomly selected on August 19th to receive a $2500 check. The participating Post with the highest number of registered Sweepstakes participants will win a, $1,000 check. Posts participating in off-site events with the most check-ins will receive a, $1000 check.  Winners will be notified by telephone within 72 hours of August 19, 2024. Prizes will be delivered through US Postal service within 30 days of notification.

Weekly winners will be randomly selected each Monday during the sweepstakes to receive   VFW promotional items  consisting of VFW Store items such as, shirts, hats, soft coolers, and jackets not exceeding, $50 will be awarded based on weekly “key” word entries.
