Harley-Davidson, Inc. and each of its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, shareholders, representatives, officers, directors, agents, and employees (collectively, the “H-D Entities”) will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Promotion or any Prize awarded. The H-D Entities have not offered or sponsored this Promotion in any way.
Overview: One winner will win in this Harley-Davidson Icons Collection Sweepstakes Giveaway (the “Promotion”), sponsored by Mighty Loud Enterprises ("Mighty Loud" or “Sponsor”). The Promotion winner will be selected from among the eligible entries in one (1) distinct drawing as more fully detailed herein. Participants will be required to comply with these contest rules (the “Official Rules”) in order to win and receive a Prize.
Entry Period: Promotion entry period begins February 29, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. Central Time and ends on June 30, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (the “Entry Period”). All entries must be submitted and received by Sponsor during the Entry Period to be eligible to participate in the Promotion and receive a Prize. The Sponsor's clock shall be the official timekeeper for the Promotion.
Eligibility: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, all of whom must have attained age of majority in their respective place of residence at the time of entry. Employees of Mighty Loud, Harley-Davidson, Inc. and its dealers and retailers, affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, and promotional and other vendor agencies, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service agencies, independent contractors involved in the promotion, and the immediate family (parent, spouse, including common law spouse, sibling, child, grandparent, grandchild, regardless of where they reside) and household members of all such employees, are not eligible to enter the Promotion. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. If you win a Prize in this Promotion, you will not be eligible to win any prize (valued over $500) in any other promotions by Sponsor or Harley-Davidson in 2024. Entrants who have already won a prize valued over $500 in a promotion by Sponsor in 2023 or 2024 are not eligible.
How to Enter
Participating Harley-Davidson Locations:
During the Entry Period, visit the Harley-Davidson Museum (the “Participating Location”), located at 400 W. Canal St, Milwaukee, WI 53201, to scan a QR Code for access to a registration form. The form will request certain information, including your name, address, date of birth, phone number and email address. You will receive one (1) entry for this method of entry.

How We Collect Geolocation Data: At the time of entry, we may ask you to enable location services on your device so that we can collect your precise geolocation.
How We Use Geolocation Data: If you enable location services, we will collect and use your precise geolocation data to verify your location at a Participating Location at the time of entry.
We do not sell or share your precise geolocation data with anyone, at any time, for any reason.
Your Choices: You are not required to enable location services or to allow us to collect your precise geolocation in order to participate in the Promotion. We delete and will not retain your precise geolocation data after time of entry. At any time, you may choose to ask us to tell you what data we have about you, to correct inaccurate data, to delete your personal information that we no longer need, and to confirm that we do not sell or share your personal information, including precise geolocation, with anyone. The form will request certain information, including your name, address, date of birth, phone number and email address. You will receive one (1) entry upon registration in this manner.

Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, incomplete, or incorrect entries. All entries must be submitted and received by Sponsor by 11:59 pm Central Time on June 30, 2024 to be eligible for the drawing. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.
Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address or mobile phone number. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries (as outlined below) by using multiple/different email addresses, mobile phone numbers, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being an authorized account holder.
Limit: Limit maximum of one (1) entry total per person and per email address and mobile phone number throughout the Promotion, regardless of method of entry. Any and all additional entries submitted over the stated limits as defined herein will be considered void. Only one person per email address and mobile phone number.
Odds of Winning a Prize:
Odds: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. One winner in total from among the eligible entries will receive a Grand Prize. Limit one prize maximum per person. Limit one prize to be awarded in this Promotion.
Prize: The Promotion will consist of the following grand prize (the “Prize” or the “Grand Prize”):
The Grand Prize: The Grand Prize consists of one (1) motorcycle prize consisting of one (1) 2024 Harley-Davidson Icons Collection – Hydra Glide Revival (approximate retail value of $24,9999 USD).
Total approximate retail value (ARV) of all Prizes is $24,999 USD.
It will be solely within Sponsor's discretion to determine all features of the Harley-Davidson motorcycle to be awarded, including but not limited to, color and details; all other features or upgrades will be allowed only if permitted by delivery dealer and paid for by the Grand Prize winner.
All taxes, fees, costs, or other expenses or liabilities associated with the Grand Prize are the responsibility solely of the individual winner. Grand Prize winner is responsible for title, license, registration and dealer preparation costs, insurance, sales tax, and other fees associated with the Prize. Winner of the Grand Prize must have a valid driver’s license and will be required to provide proof of insurance at time of delivery. Winner must take delivery of motorcycle from the Harley-Davidson dealership in or closest to Winner’s zip code, as determined by Sponsor. Prizes are non-transferable, must be accepted as awarded and do not have any cash equivalent. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated Prize should become unavailable for any reason.
IF YOU HAVE PREVIOUSLY WON A PRIZE VALUED OVER $500 IN A 2023 OR 2024 PROMOTION BY SPONSOR, YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO WIN ANY PRIZE (VALUED OVER $500) IN THIS PROMOTION. IF YOU WIN A PRIZE IN THIS PROMOTION, YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO WIN ANY PRIZE (VALUED OVER $500) IN ANY OTHER PROMOTIONS IN 2024.
How To Win: Within approximately 72 hours after the close of the Entry Period, Sponsor will conduct one (1) random draw from among all eligible entries in which it will select the potential winner of the Grand Prize (the “Grand Prize Draw”).
Mighty Loud's decisions as to the administration and operation of the Promotion, including without limitation the selection of the ultimate Grand Prize winner, are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.
The potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by email, call, or text message at Sponsor's discretion. The winner will be required to sign and return a Declaration of Compliance, Liability Waiver and, where not prohibited, sign and return a Publicity Release (the "Requirements"), all of which must be received by Mighty Loud within forty-eight (48) hours of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, and in the manner set forth by Mighty Loud in the communication, in order for a potential winner to claim their respective Prize. In order to receive a Grand Prize, the winner must have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance. By accepting the Grand Prize, the winners acknowledge responsibility for paying all additional costs associated with taxes, title, and any other related fees.
A representative from Sponsor will contact the potential Prize winner to confirm eligibility to award the Prize. If a potential winner is determined ineligible or otherwise disqualified, at the discretion of Sponsor (and as further described herein), an alternate drawing will be conducted for the Prize. The Grand Prize winner will be contacted regarding the fulfillment of the motorcycle within 8-10 weeks of the conclusion of the Promotion by the designated dealership and it will be fulfilled by the designated dealer as soon as it becomes available.
Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, garbled, unintelligible, or otherwise missed communications. Any potential winner(s) of the Prize who cannot be contacted, or who fail to complete the Requirements or to provide any other requested information within the time period designated by Mighty Loud, shall be deemed to have refused and forfeited their respective Prize and thereby disqualified and ineligible. Receiving a Prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, declines the Prize or forfeits the Prize, Sponsor will conduct a random draw to select a new winner from among all remaining eligible entries. Sponsor will conduct three (3) alternate draws (if and only if necessary) as described above, and will endeavor, time permitting, to award the Prizes, after which the applicable Prize may remain un-awarded.
Additional Requirements and Terms: SALES TAX, TITLE AND REGISTRATION, AND ANY OTHER CHARGES, TAXES, OR FEES MUST BE PAID BY THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER TO THE APPROPRIATE DEALER(S) OR AUTHORITY, AS APPLICABLE, PRIOR TO BEING ENTITLED TO RECEIVE THE GRAND PRIZE. Failure to do so within 30 days of the date that a Grand Prize winner is advised that the motorcycle is ready for pick-up may result in forfeiture of the Grand Prize, in Sponsor’s sole and unappealable discretion. Grand Prize cannot be transferred and must be titled in winner's name only. Grand Prize winner shall be solely responsible for obtaining and payment of any federal, provincial or state required registration, inspection, insurance coverage, and taxes for the Grand Prize. Additional information regarding the warranty, pick-up/delivery, and additional information will be provided to the Grand Prize winner in due course after winning. Grand Prize winner will be required to complete all relevant documentation, including sales warranty and registration, for the Grand Prize at the Harley-Davidson dealership location of Sponsor’s choosing during regular business hours or as otherwise may be informed by Sponsor or the designated Dealer.
Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. There is no cash equivalent or other substitution for the Grand Prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. IMPORTANT NOTE: IF YOU WIN A PRIZE IN THIS PROMOTION OR HAVE PREVIOUSLY WON A PRIZE VALUED OVER $500 IN A 2023 OR 2024 PROMOTION BY SPONSOR, YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO WIN ANY ADDITIONAL PRIZE (VALUED OVER $500) IN THIS OR ANY CURRENT PROMOTION. With respect to the Grand Prize, such prizes are awarded “as-is” without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, none of Sponsor, Harley-Davidson, Inc., or their respective affiliates or agents have made or will be responsible in any manner for any warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or law, relating to such vehicle, including without limitation, its quality, mechanical condition, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, with the exception of any standard manufacturer’s warranty that may apply to the vehicle.
Release: By receipt of the Prize, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Mighty Loud Enterprises, and Harley-Davidson, Inc. and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any Prizes herein referenced.
Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes each winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and Harley-Davidson, Inc.'s and their respective agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, the Grand Prize Draw(s), or any part thereof if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of any of the foregoing, or any event or cause beyond Sponsor’s control (e.g. events such as natural calamities, national emergencies, wide spread illnesses, declarations of war, acts of God, acts of terrorism) interferes with any aspect of the Promotion or the Grand Prize Draw(s), including but not limited to fulfillment of the Prizes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance and may modify the Prizes offered herein. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or the Grand Prize Draws or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion or the Grand Prize Draw(s) may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. No substitution of any prize is offered, no transfer of any prize to a third party is permitted and non-cash prize may not be redeemed for cash. Any portion of a prize not accepted by the winner will be forfeited.
Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. All income, federal, state, provincial, territorial and local laws and regulations apply. Prize recipients will be solely responsible for paying all applicable and local taxes on Prize, and if applicable, winner may receive an IRS Form 1099 for the retail value of any Prize.
Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or the Grand Prize Draw; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion or the Grand Prize Draw; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion, the Grand Prize Draw, or the processing of entries; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Promotion, the Grand Prize Draw(s), or receipt or use or misuse of any Prize. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Promotion, if it is possible. No more than the stated single Prize will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated single Prize as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated single Prize in accordance with these Official Rules.
Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, including the Grand Prize Draw or any Prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action or other class-wide method for dispute resolution, and exclusively by a state or federal court sitting in Cobb County, Georgia; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Promotion, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion or the Grand Prize Draw, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Georgia without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Georgia or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Georgia. By entering, entrant also agrees to hereby expressly and irrevocably waive all rights to trial by jury in any action or proceeding instituted relating in any way or arising in any way out of the Promotion. All entrants, as a condition of entry, agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any and all individuals (and their entries) who tamper with the entry process.
Sponsor’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the Promotion and the selection of the potential Prize winner(s), are final and binding.
Privacy Policy: Entry requires submission of certain information, including name, date of birth, address, phone number, and email address. All such personal information collected during this Promotion is for the benefit of Harley-Davidson, Inc. and accordingly subject to Harley-Davidson, Inc.'s privacy policy, accessible at https://www.harley-davidson.com/us/en/footer/utility/privacy-policy.html. For Canadian residents, the personal information gathered about entrants will be used solely for the administration of the Promotion. Entrants may request access and correction to their personal information, and withdraw their consent to the Sponsor’s use of their personal information (subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice), by contacting the Sponsor at info@mightyloud.com, using subject line “Personal Information Request.” The Sponsor will store personal information about entrants in the United States and, as a result, such information may be accessible to law enforcement and national security authorities of that jurisdiction under laws applicable there.” By entering into this Promotion, each entrant expressly consents to the Sponsor and Harley-Davidson, its agents and/or representatives, collecting, storing, sharing and using the personal information submitted at the time of entry (including, without limitation, name, address, etc.) for the purpose of administering the Promotion, unless the entrant agrees otherwise. You may be offered the opportunity to receive additional communications from Sponsor or Harley-Davidson or about their products, and upcoming contests and promotions.
By participating in this Promotion and submitting an entry, you agree to receive by mail, email, phone call, or text message communications from the Sponsor in the administration of this Promotion as well as communications from Harley-Davidson and any of its authorized dealers, including your chosen Preferred Participating dealer, by mail, email, phone or text. If at any point you do not wish to receive such communications, including at time of entry, you may choose to opt out at any time. No communication unrelated to the contest, commercial or otherwise, will be sent to the entrant by the Sponsor, unless the entrant has otherwise authorized the Sponsor to do so or as permitted by applicable law. If you choose to opt out of communications from Mighty Loud or Harley-Davidson during the pendency of this Promotion, you may forfeit your opportunity to win.
